We are looking for

We are looking for you who are a specialist in general medicine, preferably with experience in supervising training doctors and students. We consider it an advantage if you have experience in development work.

To thrive in this role, you need to be self-driven and proactive. You have good collaboration skills and a holistic view in your work.

What you will work with

We have an overarching mission that includes the breadth of general medicine with outpatient work, work towards the municipality's home healthcare as well as care and nursing homes, BVC, on-call/standby at the Luleå Emergency Center, and supervision of AT and ST doctors. The work is independent but still takes place in close collaboration with other professional categories at the clinic, and includes both physical and digital working methods.

With us, you have the opportunity to influence the assignment based on your interests and competencies. Perhaps you are very knowledgeable in the area of mental health? Then you might want to join our psychosocial team and focus more on these issues. Or do you have a special passion for home healthcare? Then you might want to take on a larger role towards our home healthcare patients and collaborate with the municipality's nurses? Would you prefer to work part-time? We will arrange a good setup for this together with you.
